Physical Therapist Assistant - Per Diem

• Physical Therapist Assistant II
• Location: Northwest Community Hospital - Arlington Heights, IL
• Full Time, 40 hours/week

What you will need:

• The completion of an Associate’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA accredited school, or the equivalent.
• Current Illinois licensure or eligibility.
• American Heart Association BLS CPR certification.
• 1-2 years of setting-specific experience preferred

General Summary:

Reporting to the Rehab Services Manager or Rehabilitation Supervisor with accountability to the Director and Team, and under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist, performs a variety of patient related activities in order to improve and maximize patient mobility and independent functioning within their physical limitations.
