Primary Responsibilities

• Coordinates with vendors to reconcile incoming invoices.  
• Determine reasoning for incorrect invoices and determine how to correct
• Efficiently process and enter invoice information into the database.
• Communicate with internal departments to coordinate finance schedules.
• Conduct reconciliations to maintain records and seek any discrepancies.
• Conduct proactive troubleshooting of discrepancies and quarterly purchasing audits
• Willingness to work in a fast paced environment
• Works under pressure and able to meet multiple deadlines
• Reconcile Statements on a monthly basis

• Oversee and manage vendor relationships with over 100 vendors
• Stay on top of project completion statuses, obstacles, problem resolution, timelines, recommendations, and conclusions.
• Oversee invoice processing and implement new processes as required in order to improve efficiency and to support growth
• Work independently with minimal supervision, in ambiguous situations, and persevere over internal and external barriers to drive resolutions
• Rapidly produce high-quality communications that concisely analyze problems and recommends solutions
• Work reactively on crisis-oriented issues under extreme time limitations while exercising excellent judgment
• Ability to understand operations at a detailed, practical level 
• Integrate strong and clear analysis and business rationale into decision making
• Work within various time constraints to meet critical business need
• High attention to detail including proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is desired
• Providing a high degree of planning analysis to support decision making
