Summary
The Senior HR Planning Analyst (TEMP) will provide specialized administrative support to the HR Planning team over the Americas Headquarter Region (AHQ). Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to project completion by collecting and organizing data files from each subsidiary, creating presentation material, assisting with research and analysis, facilitating departmental meetings, and developing and maintaining automated reports.
Responsibilities
• Provide analytical and administrative support for Subsidiary HR team cyclical audits
• Conduct comparative analysis on HR programs between multiple subsidiaries
• Support predictive model creation with team
• Reconcile data between various sources and audit all automated reports for accuracy
• Support project lead with identification and execution of projects in compensation, data analytics, and business tool optimization
• Manage international project timelines through the diligent coordination with key stakeholders
• Act as a project liaison, communicating between project manager(s) and stakeholders
• Conduct research, compile, and organize findings into presentation format
• Gather and organize audit files and data required from various sources
• Process and prepare memos, correspondence, or other documents
• Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations
• Maintain and update human resources documents, such as organizational charts, employee handbooks or directories, or performance evaluation forms
• Support urgent needs for subsidiary HR teams in varying capacities
• Facilitate presentations for Executive Leadership
• Oversee monthly collaborations with subsidiaries and quarterly meetings with Global HQ
• Provide backup support for team members in key area of expertise
Compensation
$25.00 per hour

Skills & Qualifications
• Basic skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBi Required
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel
• Intermediate technical writing skills required
• Advanced interpersonal and communication skills required
• Self starter with good analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem solving required
• Fluency in Spanish (Speak, read, write) is strongly preferred
Education & Experience
• HS Diploma/GED Required
• Bachelor's Degree Preferred
• 1 Year of Direct Experience in General Administration (Accounting, Purchasing, etc.) Required
• 2 - 5 Years of Direct Experience Preferred
• Experience in Counseling, Marketing, and/or Human Resources Preferred
• Microsoft Excel or PowerPoint Training Preferred
