Job Summary:
Responsible for providing high-end customer service and store support. Assistant manager directly oversees all aspects of operations and day-to-day routine work of retail associates in store. Responsible for maintaining business standards and has increased decision-making authority. Assistant Manager acts as a knowledgeable representative of our brand and drives culture inside our retail stores. Fulfills day-to-day work responsibilities for the organization as needed.
Job Specifications:
- Starting Wage: $25.00/hr - $28.04/hr
- Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2025/2026
- Shift Type: Full Time hours available
- Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age
- Housing Availability: No
Job Responsibilities:
- Managing a team of 2-10 employees.
- Providing consistent and direct feedback, coaching and guidance to team members.
- Designing, executing and tracking training plans.
- Ensuring department and staff have all necessary supplies.
- Create a rewarding environment in which to work, generate a team atmosphere.
- Protect company assets through loss prevention techniques. Managing inventory of rental and retail product.
- Communicate ideas or issues with Store and Regional Managers.
- Manage operational budgets and payroll.
- Remain current on new industry products and trends, and demonstrate knowledge of products.
- Administrative duties.
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communications skills both written and verbal
- Minimum 2 years leadership experience
- 2 years in retail or rental experience
- Knowledge and passion for talent development
- Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task
- Must be a team player and be able to handle fast paced stressful environment
- Possess the desire to offer the highest customer service standards to guests
- Familiarity with rental and retail POS system – preferred
The expected pay range is $25.00/hr - $28.04/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
