Sphirea Plus is looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Worker to join our team in Dallas, TX. The Warehouse Worker will be responsible for performing various tasks to maintain a smooth and efficient warehouse operation. This includes receiving, storing, and distributing products while ensuring that safety, quality, and company standards are met.

Responsibilities:

• Receive, unload, and organize incoming shipments.
• Inspect products for quality and ensure correct inventory.
• Safely and efficiently move products to designated storage areas.
• Pick, pack, and prepare items for shipment to customers.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (training will be provided).
• Assist with inventory management and stock rotation.
• Follow company safety protocols and procedures at all times.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately.

Qualifications

Skills & Qualifications:

• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic math skills and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Ability to operate warehouse machinery, or willingness to be trained.
• Prior warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
• Must be able to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
