Raddon Strategic AdvisorWhat does a Raddon Strategic Advisor do at Fiserv:
The Strategic Advisor role is key to the success of both the Raddon division of Fiserv and our clients. In this position, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting institution and industry-based research, profitability, segmentation and product management reports in order to present results to our clients. Analyze industry data to help clients adapt and grow in an ever-changing economy and industry. Lead conference calls to review the client's Strategic position, marketing goal assessment and tactical recommendations. Follow up on recommended tactics to gauge a client's success or failure and record the outcomes of these calls in our database.
What you will do:
Present Raddon research and analytical data results to clients onsite and virtually for management or board meetings. Write thought leadership papers for our blog, workshops, and industry publications. Have good organizational skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and an excellent attitude towards work. Establish a good rapport with clients and team members and be very proficient in client communication.
What you will need to have:
• 6-10 years of an equivalent combination of educational background, related experience and/or military experience
• 8+ plus years of experience in banks, credit unions or other types of financial institutions
• Ability to develop and clearly communicate strategic recommendations to all levels of client associates
• Polished and professional verbal and written communication skills
• Flexibility to work after-hour/on-call/weekends as needed
• Travel up to 30% (post COVID pandemic)
What will be great to have:
• Data Analytics, Finance, Economic, or Accounting experience is a plus.
• Initiative/Problem-Solving/Decision-Making: Performs with minimal supervision, acts promptly, seeks solutions to resolve issues and challenges and makes practical and routine decisions.
• Communication: Openly exchange information in a timely manner, listen, understand and use confidential information with discretion.

• Attitude: pride, accountability, and ownership in daily activities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills: qualified applicants need to have the ability to confidently present information to management teams and boards of directors.
• High level of charisma: command attention in a meeting.
