Summary

As an Associate Quality Engineer, you'll ensure product quality and reliability. You'll collaborate with teams to create and preserve quality control systems and processes.

 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Designing and developing sampling procedures for quality data recording and evaluation.

  • Creating forms and instructions for recording, evaluating, and reporting quality data

  • Developing alternatives and recommendations for complex problems.

  • Leads the effort to design an automated deployment solution which will serve as a central tool for the production team

  • Be the quality contact for software development projects for both web and mobile

  • Verifying the accuracy or performance of the product and troubleshooting any problems or issues

  • Testing and assessing the effectiveness, accuracy, or safety of new products

 

General Tasks

  • Maintain strict compliance with the quality, environmental and occupational health and safety regulations and implementation of the instructions of the quality, environmental management and/or occupational health and safety officer.

 

Required Experience, Education, Skills, Training and Competencies

  • Have experience in manual and automated testing methodologies.

  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, works independently as well as part of a team

  • Be able to diagnose and interpret conflicting or ambiguous information

  • Be able to analyze complex problems and develop solutions

  • Be able to prioritize and manage workload effectively in a dynamic work setting.

  • Lifting up to 50 pounds, Standing long periods of time.
