As a Manufacturing Consultant, you’ll hit the ground running by delivering measurable improvements to manufacturing processes within your first month on the job.

From food and pharmaceuticals to chemicals and protective fabrics, you’ll work across a wide range of industries, using your technical training to tackle complex challenges and drive performance on the ground.

We expect all of our consultants to develop rapidly from Analyst to Consultant to Senior Consultant and beyond.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (non-IT/CS), life sciences, physical sciences or mathematics
  • 2+ years of industry experience
  • Position is located full time in Boston, Massachusetts with travel to client sites Mon - Thurs of each week
  • Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills
  • Results–oriented individual
  • Demonstrated leadership ability and excellent communication skills
  • Strong personal initiative and bias for action
  • Desire to constantly learn new skills
