Do you see yourself as great communicator with an analytical mindset then keep on reading. </p> <p>Our Group Risk Strategy team, consists of 12 motivated members, develops and executes the Group Risk Management (GRM) strategic agenda. We aim to support the Board of Directors and the Executive Leadership Team in steering the business from a risk management perspective. Undertaking multiple projects with stakeholders across the Group, we drive transformations and ensure continued momentum on key priorities.</p> <p><strong>Shaping the Risk Landscape - Your Role and Responsibilities</strong></p> <p>The Senior Risk Officer will be responsible for managing key deliveries for Danske Bank's Chief Risk Officer (CRO), such as the CRO letter, Risk Tolerance Framework, and rating agencies presentations. This entails leading and facilitating dialogues and establishing relevant data insights to support informed dialogues and provide a comprehensive view across the taxonomy, enabling the identification of trends and developments in the bank's risk landscape.</p> <p>Your responsibilities will include:</p> <ul> <li>Ensuring ongoing deliveries from the CRO of Danske Bank.</li> <li>Safeguarding the overall quality of the deliveries.</li> <li>Providing a holistic view across the taxonomy to identify trends and developments in the bank's risk landscape.</li> <li>Preparing analyses, presentations, and memos for the Executive Leadership Team and Board of Directors.</li> </ul> <p>As a Senior Risk Officer, you will apply your comprehensive understanding of risk, both theoretically and practically. The role involves focusing on high-priority deliverables, familiarising yourself with the broader team portfolio, and leading several key tasks.</p> <p><strong>Setting the Bar - The Qualifications We Seek</strong></p> <p>To excel in this role, you should have previous risk management experience, understand risk taxonomy, and possess a proactive, innovative, and focused mindset.
