About Team:
PICO is a leading VR/AR platform with independent innovation and R&D capabilities, focusing on VR all-in-one technology. PICO is committed to offering immersive and interactive VR experiences to our customers, including providing tailor-made solutions for our enterprise clients in the fields of education and healthcare.

Responsibilities
- Leading XR software development efforts using Unity and native Android including a variety of futuristic applications on AR smart glasses. Build Unity App and native Android Apps from scratch. Engage early on innovative product concepts and App user experience in the System Prototyping Team.
- Work on coding and programing for futuristic AR smart glasses at application level on native Android and Unity platforms. Coding and developing a variety of Unity App and native Android Apps. Implement UIUX using the latest Unity and native Android programming techniques. Implement App functions in Unity and native Android. Analyze and optimize UI and infrastructure application code for engaging user experience, product quality, power efficiency, and hardware-software performance.
- Work closely with hardware and software product teams, hardware teams and OS teams to deliver creative and impressive user experience demos and book key features into future hardware and software products. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to peers.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Master or PhD in Computer Science.
- 3+ years experience in Unity App development, not only concept but also very intensively on script coding. Successfully launch of Unity App publicly.
- 3+ years experience in Android App development, not only designing UI but also implement complex functions like videos, audios, ML, APIs, et al. Very experienced in Unity and Android Studio. Successfully launch of complex Android App publicly.
- Experience in App-level software mockups and tuning user experience.
- Very experienced in C# and Kotlin.
- Self-motivated to learn new skills on a daily basis.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experienced in both front-end and backend App development.
- Deep knowledge of image processing and computer vision algorithms is a plus. Rich experience in algorithm development including text-to-voice, digital-image-processing, machine learning model-based computer vision processing on Unity or Android is a plus.

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $145000 - $355000 annually.​

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
