DOOR PRODUCTION / MANUFACTURING

$37,500 - $42,000 Annually 

M-F 6am-2:30pm

FLSA Status: Hourly/Non-Exempt

Purpose: To manufacture quality interior and exterior door products in a safe and efficient manner.

Door Production / Manufacturing Principal Accountabilities

• Working on a team and operating equipment to build interior and exterior doors
• Measure and cut materials to the required specifications
• Ensure that all doors meet defined quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines
• Minimize waste and maximize productivity by applying lean principles 

Door Production / Manufacturing Responsibilities

• Follow all company rules and guidelines regarding procedures and safety
• Ability to read and interpret production orders
• Continuously move forward in every aspect of position by always having the goal of improving
• Ensure all tools and equipment are in good condition and ready for use by checking daily

Door Production / Manufacturing Knowledge & Skills

• Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced and physical environment
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of proper lifting techniques and ability to move up to 100lbs
• Familiarity with using hand and power tools

Door Production / Manufacturing Experience

• Working in a production, manufacturing or construction environment with a safety and quality mindset along with a sense of urgency

Door Production / Manufacturing Qualifications

• Must pass required company drug screens as part of drug-free workplace.
