Responsibilities

As a PART-TIME Medical Equipment Planner supports hospital design and construction projects by assisting with equipment planning, cost estimating, budget tracking, procurement coordination, and integration with clinical operations. This role ensures accurate documentation, timely communication, cost efficiency, and effective collaboration with project teams, vendors, and clinical staff to deliver safe, functional, and compliant healthcare facilities.

Qualifications

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor's Degree required
• High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE), or Completion of a CHS-approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate, and an additional 4 years of related experience may be substituted in lieu of the Bachelor’s Degree.

EXPERIENCE:

• 3 years in medical equipment planning or contract negotiation required
