Job Summary:
The Senior Manager - Client Service Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of one or more assigned programs. Acting as the primary client interface for day-to-day communications and commitments, this role ensures the effective delivery of Everise solutions. The Manager is accountable for efficient resource management, accurate forecasting of program profit and loss, and serves as the client’s advocate. Collaboration with internal teams is critical to ensure program delivery is timely, accurate, and meets client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless program delivery.
Support the development of corporate and business unit strategies tailored to each account.
Set and manage client expectations in collaboration with senior management.
Oversee daily activities and operations for assigned client programs.
Ensure client satisfaction and achievement of specific KPIs.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues promptly and cost-effectively.
Leverage business expertise to identify new opportunities for expanding client relationships through additional solutions or services.
Manage program profitability and performance metrics, including budgeting, forecasting, pricing, accounts receivable, invoicing, and SLA adherence.
Recommend and implement process improvements for enhanced financial control.
Work effectively in a team environment, including matrix organizations and remote setups.
Ensure operational procedures are established and maintained.
Participate in the development and integration of technology solutions.
Act as a client liaison for security, ensuring proper access to client systems and solutions.
Develop high-level plans for software upgrades, migrations, and implementations.
Key Skills and Attributes:
Proficient in MS Office products Excel, PPT, Word, and other web-based tools
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address priority issues quickly and decisively.
Proficiency in data analysis, report preparation, and participation in operations and quarterly business reviews.
Exceptional ability to build and coordinate relationships with internal resources.
Outstanding attention to detail, organizational, and follow-up skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Highly flexible and adaptable to changing demands.
Willingness and ability to travel as needed
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field from a four-year college or university.
3–5 years of experience in a similar field.
Project management training or certification (preferred).
Experience in commercial, financial, and client relationship management (a plus).
Proven experience managing large accounts in a service environment, ideally in outsourced solutions.
