Duties: Drive Sinch communication and messaging products integration into SaaS, Campaign Management, Chatbot and other types of software applications and platforms. Serve as the main liaison internally between Engineering, Product, Marketing, Sales Enablement and other groups. Externally serve as the product expert with enterprise (large-sized) customers to advise on software customization and functionality. Develop/drive a library of connectors, integrations and chatbot platforms that will be useful in solutions for distinct enterprise customers. Support the definition of end-to-end solutions for enterprises to fulfill market needs across multiple verticals globally. Be responsible for software product life cycle of connectors and integrations; operate and grow them to maximize usage and revenue. Provide superior communications and documentation on a regular basis. Lead with a software product mindset to set goals, measure, and articulate value proposition. Grow product, their KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) and total number customers. Determine market opportunities, size, audience, niche areas for solutions and verticals in a strategic manner for long-term scalability and growth. Prioritize what to build and deliver and other competing resource needs with clarity and ease.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related discipline. 2 years of experience in software product management, IT consultant, software development, or related role that includes the following: Leading meetings with market-facing customers in Forbes 2000; Connectors, Integrators and API products; B2C and B2B Enterprise experience; Integrations API or data migrations.
