Domo Business Intelligence for Law Firms using Filevine (remote with employee ownership)

  

We are a fast-growing team of 60+ legal-tech professionals focused on helping law firms grow with Filevine, a case management platform. This includes a Filevine dashboard called Periscope, which is powered by Domo.

All US-based employees at Vineskills become owners through our ESOP, Employee Stock Ownership Plan.

We are a Filevine and Domo partner providing services to hundreds of law firms, and many of them need Domo implementations and ongoing customizations. Some larger firms upgrade from the Periscope license to full Domo, which allows unlimited connections to additional data sources, including marketing sources, phone systems, and  financial systems.

Who is an ideal fit for this?

• You have outstanding skills with Domo, business intelligence, and data visualization tools in general. Data warehousing and API connections would also be helpful technical skills for this role.
• You have experience in a client-facing role and project managing many clients at one time. 
• You are entrepreneurial or creative, and you can contribute to continually improving how we offer Domo dashboard services to our clients.
• You enjoy coaching other team members who focus primarily on Filevine and do a little with Domo for the clients they serve. Many of the Domo projects would be done jointly with other team members who already know the law firm team and business process.
• You enjoy learning and growing in your technology and teamwork skills.
• You enjoy meaningful work, are relatively self-managed when goals are clear, and excel as a 100% remote team member.

What skills are needed?

• Big picture thinker who is good at asking questions and helping lead clients with strategy.
• Two years working with Domo or a similar platform.
• MajorDOMO Certification.
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, business intelligence, or financial analysis.

What work needs to get done?

• Think of us as an "insourced team member" who focused on continually improving the legal tech platforms and training people to use them well. While this role is focused on Domo, we take this approach to all our services.
• Most of our clients are law firms with between 10-100 employees and need a standard setup of Domo dashboards at launch that matches the type of law they practice. Then, we work to customize things as they grow.
• Large customers may need custom dashboard solutions, which would involve building an actionable dashboard to evaluate and manage their core business.
• Regularly scheduled check-in calls with the client to keep things on track and build long-term relationships.

How about the compensation?

• Annual salary: $70,000-130,000
• Opportunity to earn a monthly bonus based on the amount of client work you decide to take on. When you get better and faster at your job, you can increase your pay.
