We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Compensation Analyst to join our Human Resources team for a 6-month engagement. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing compensation programs, as well as maintaining and optimizing our HR Information Systems (HRIS). You will play a critical role in ensuring our compensation practices are competitive, equitable, and aligned with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance and support to HR team members and managers on compensation and HRIS-related matters.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to compensation and HRIS.
  • Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation practices.
  • Generate and analyze HRIS reports to provide insights and recommendations to HR and leadership teams.
  • Assist with a portfolio of projects in support of the UKG HRIS platform.   
  • Participate in special projects and initiatives as needed.

 What You Need to Succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 5-7+ years of experience in total rewards, compensation, and HRIS systems management. 
  • Proven experience with a successful track record in total rewards strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in HRIS and compensation management systems.
  • UKG workforce management experience preferred.
  • Certification in compensation (CCP) preferred.

Pay Range: $49.23/hr - $65.63/hr.  This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for the role.  This may vary depending on experience and other factors.
