As the leading NetSuite Partner in Europe, our team includes some of the top NetSuite professionals in the industry, so you’ll be working alongside some of the best in the field. You’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop your NetSuite skills and contribute to both local and cross-cultural teams and projects – a perfect mix for professional growth!</p><p>In UK, you’ll join a team of 30 talented ERP professionals, all guided by our dedicated UK &amp; CEE NetSuite Manager. For our UK roles, we offer a fully remote position, allowing you to enjoy the benefits of working from home while staying closely connected with our clients and projects through regular on-site visits. These visits are typically 2–4 times per month to support pre-sales opportunities and key project milestones such as workshops, walkthroughs, UAT sessions, and go-lives.</p><p>At the same time, we also believe that strong teams are built on meaningful connections and to foster this, our UK team meets in person four times a year for team days focused on open conversations, knowledge sharing, and hands-on demonstrations of the latest NetSuite innovations. Once a year, our wider UK &amp; CEE team unites to celebrate our achievements and strengthen our bonds across regions. While our strong local presence is important, you’ll also benefit from the support of our wider ERP community. We are committed to your professional growth and development.</p><h5><strong>Journey that awaits you</strong></h5><p>As an ERP Consultant, you play an important role in project delivery and client engagement. The level of complexity in your projects and responsibilities will depend on your experience, but all our roles are customer-facing and involve close collaboration with clients. Your main focus will be on delivering successful ERP implementations and ensuring client satisfaction.</p><p>In practice, you will:</p><ul> <li>Lead multi-subsidiary ERP implementations and/or integrations, ensuring seamless rollouts across diverse business entities.</li> <li>Analyse and map clients’ business processes, identifying opportunities for optimization and translating these into robust ERP architectures and solutions.</li> <li>Design and structure complex ERP solutions that align with clients’ strategic goals.</li> <li>Advise customers on best practices for business process improvement, leveraging your deep understanding of operational workflows and ERP capabilities.</li> <li>Facilitate functional and/or technical workshops, mapping business processes and requirements to ERP capabilities.</li> <li>Conduct architectural assessments and recommend improvements for existing solutions.</li> <li>Advise clients on best practices, challenge existing ideas, and propose improvements based on industry standards, ensuring that solutions meet business needs and long-term objectives.</li> <li>Mentor and support junior consultants, fostering a collaborative, knowledge-sharing environment.</li> <li>Own the journey from discovery to training and long-term partnership with the customer, seeing the impact of your work unfold in real time.</li> </ul><p> <strong><br/><strong>Wh</strong>y join us? </strong></p><p>✨ At Staria, you’ll work with some of the sharpest minds in the NetSuite universe.
