The successful candidate will be part of a high performing team, providing critical support to JLR Customer Care function, and interfacing with key internal and external stakeholders. The role requires a combination of data analysis skills, stakeholder management skills, and reporting/project management skills in a global lean organization
What you will be doing:

Data Analysis: Administer the Warranty rate increase requests from the retailer network. Check requests for completion and accuracy, perform analysis on comparable rates. Meeting strict deadlines including state statutes mandated dates. Multitask and timely and accurately manage incoming requests. Keep up with business and legislative changes and align the internal process accordingly.

Stakeholder Management: Provide recommendations to the operational and finance managers on recommended rates. Work with the legal team to ensure alignment with the regulations. Coordinate with the global team to activate rate change. Handle retailers and field staff escalations.

Reporting & Publishing: Generate warranty rate cost impact reporting. Generate reports to support monthly meetings, retailers technical conferences and other events. Produce regulatory reports to government agencies as needed. Support the retailers in analyzing reports that increase their efficiency and their warranty claim submission accuracy. Publish technical bulletins as needed.

Project Management: Manage the planning and delivery of the Warranty Administrators Retailer Engagement Forum. Manage any new Warranty related globally rolled or locally managed projects. Becoming the lead of the Warranty Community. Support and act as a backup to other team members on an as needed base.
What you will need:
- Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, or equivalent work experience
- Five or more years of experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, and/or Project Management
- Analytical and organizational skills, ability to multitask and prioritize to meet deadlines is a must
- Communication and writing skills as well as presentation skills for all levels of stakeholders
- Great attention to details and always on the look out for ways for improvement
- Excellent ability to build and maintain relationship in a global matrix environment
- Advanced Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel, and Reporting Tools
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing global, local, and legal requirements
- Experience in the automotive industry is preferred
Schedule: Hybrid Ways of Working (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday - office days; Wednesday and Friday - choice days)
Recruitment Salary Range: $92,000 - $115,000
