Powered by our purpose – the relentless pursuit of a world that works better for people – we serve and transform leading enterprises, including the Fortune Global 500, with our deep business and industry knowledge, digital operations services, and expertise in data, technology, and AI</p> <p><br/>Inviting applications for the role of the  Senior Financial Analyst – Assistant Manger - English – Onsite Wroclaw </p> <p>Working as a part of the COE Business Planning and Analysis organization in a direct reporting line to the COE BP&amp;A Manager. </p> <p>Providing an end to end support to finance and business partners is one of the key priorities for the Team to ensure information flow and cost transparency by country &amp; expense P&amp;L reporting line during the fiscal year in order for BD to run highly profitable businesses in the European countries.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <p>· Initial build &amp; submission of financial plans (quarterly forecasting, annual budgeting)</p> <p>· Providing analysis and narratives to explain variances versus prior planning scenarios (prior budget, prior forecast)</p> <p>· Closing financial books in a monthly schedule, followed by variance analysis of Month End Close result and supporting commentary on performance.</p> <p>· Running a cadence of financial reviews with senior business &amp; finance partners for all reporting cycles</p> <p>· Producing and highlighting trends in data &amp; performance analysis</p> <p>· Collaboration and co-operation with BP&amp;A EMEA Client organization ensuring alignment with key partner requirements both internal and external to finance community.</p> <p>· Participation in project activities at different stages of implementation.</p> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <p><strong>Minimum qualifications</strong></p> <p>· Excellent communication skills with team player bias<br/>Preferably FP&amp;A experience</p> <p>· Quick learning and proactive with an approach to work independently to resolve tasks,</p> <p>· Process improvement orientated with a focus on implementing standardization in processes.</p> <p>· Bachelor or Master’s degree in finance or related field (preferably Accounting / Controlling),</p> <p>· Very good analytical skills &amp; presentation skills,</p> <p>· Excellent English skills,</p> <p>· Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint),</p> <p>· Good understanding of project management methods and/or operational improvement,</p> <p>· Flexibility and adaptability in changing environments.</p> <p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p> <p>· Analytical thinking and ability to learn fast.</p> <p>· Personal culture and familiar to deal with clients in an accurately manner.</p> <p>· High motivation and self - starter.</p> <p>· Experience in using and BI reporting (Power BI, SAP, BPC) tools would be an asset</p> <p>· A strong understanding of budgeting and planning techniques (budgeting, forecasting) and Good knowledge of accounting (SAP, Business Warehouse)</p> <p><strong>What can we offer?</strong></p> <p>· Attractive salary;</p> <p>· Stable job offers - employment contract</p> <p>· Work in a multicultural and diverse environment with employees from over 30 countries</p> <p>· Genpact supports professional trainings and great career development opportunities</p> <p>· Free access to our award-winning learning platform</p> <p>· Benefits such as Insurance, Luxmed, Multisport Lunchpass Card, additional vacation days, biking policy</p> <p>As an Equal Opportunity Employer – we encourage you to apply to this opening position(s) with your preferred CV format.
