Ecommerce Research and Request Intern (Products Shooting)

JOB PURPOSE  

 

In collaboration with the Sala Pose Manager and the Production team, the successful candidate will support, using corporate tools, the research & request of product samples from the Prada, Miu Miu, Church's and Car Shoe warehouses to be photographed for e-commerce catalogue or other Communication projects.

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

 

•    Research and request of product samples, respecting strict deadlines in collaboration with other teams (e-Merchandisers, Communication Department, etc.).
•    Product management, using company tools: request and status check, monitoring sample’s availabilities. Informing different Stakeholders about all the product requests / progresses and seek feedback from other Departments. 
•    Monitor the activities of other departments and inform the Sala Pose team in case of any overlaps or potential conflicts (e.g., window simulations, product blocks, sales campaigns).
•    Acquire a deep understanding of the product and its features.
•    Production of appropriate reporting to be shared internally and externally.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel (standard to intermediate level with knowledge of filters and functions such as V.LOOKUP, CONCATENATE)
