About the Houston
ExxonMobil's state-of-the-art campus north of Houston serves as home to its Upstream, Product Solutions and Low Carbon Solutions businesses and their associated service groups. The facility opened in 2014 and accommodates more than 10,000 employees and visitors.

What role you will play in our team
- The Water Scheduler is responsible for implementing and managing the short term (1-90 days) supply and transfer nomination plan to support PWM operations. This role ensures timely and accurate execution of water schedules, leveraging water optimization technology to enhance forecasting and operational efficiency.
- The position is located in Spring, TX.
What you will do
- Key responsibilities include developing and automating reports and metrics, analyzing operational performance, and providing real-time updates on scheduling changes and their impacts. The scheduler will maintain constant communication with PWM operations staff, assess third-party water purchases and sales for cost-effectiveness, and track supply and takeaway contract dedications.
- Additionally, this role will lead water-sharing requests and coordination with operations, collaborate with technology teams to refine optimization tools, and continuously identify opportunities to streamline scheduling and reporting processes.

- Bachelor’s degree or upstream experience required with knowledge of Production & Wells business value drivers

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience related to scheduling and planning
Preferred Qualifications/ Experience
- Water Operations & Scheduling: Familiarity with water management and scheduling methodologies.
- Contract Management: Understanding of water purchase and sales agreements, cost-effective analysis, and contract dedication tracking.
- Operation Performance Analysis: Experience in analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
