About CSS Partner Validation team

CSS Partner Validation team works with Oracle partners, internal development teams and partnership management teams to review and validate requests from Oracle Partners in timely manner. This team plays a unique role in defining uniform processes and experiences across various products & services and provide.

About The Job

A unique opportunity to join rapidly growing world class partner program team to help Oracle SaaS, PaaS and OCI partners. As part of CSS Partner Program team, you will be continually challenged and have an opportunity to contribute to the Oracle Cloud success every day, working closely with the Oracle partners, other partnership and development teams.

We are looking for an experienced partner validation lead located in US. Candidate should have experience in program management and validation of partner integrations/requests with SaaS services. This position will influence shaping the future of CSS Partner Validation Program with their insights and partner feedback to meet the evolving needs of our partners.

Experience

15+ years in software industry including

  • Evaluating and validating partner integrations with SaaS / Software products
  • Partners management: help partners to be successful in integration of their software with software products 
  • Product management

  • Management consulting.

Education and Qualification:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience in a business environment working either as an operations contributor or in a program management capacity supporting partners.
  • Experience orchestrating across a diverse set of stakeholders and project managing complex work streams through to completion.
  • Ability to prioritize deliverables and make appropriate trade-offs when determining an action plan.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $150,200 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
