Per Diem CNA/HHA

Responsibilities (will vary by client):

• Light housekeeping
• Meal preparation
• Transportation
• Companionship
• Personal care (bathing, toileting, grooming)
• Follow a plan of care
• Communicate professionally with families and your team
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Applicants must be willing to complete all necessary requirements for employment
• HHA/CNA
• TB Test or Chest X-ray
• Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance
• Level 2 Background Check
• CEU's (Alzheimer/Dementia, HIV/AIDs certificates)
• Prior home care experience a plus
• Access to email and a mobile smart device
• Must understand and respect client ethics and confidentiality of care

We're a great fit for you if you:

• Are currently Florida HHA/CNA
• Maintain current CPR and First Aid certification and continuing education requirements
• Current Physical & PPD or Chest X-Ray
• HIV/Aids training*
• Assisting with self-medication training*
• Alzheimer's training*
• Level 2 Background Fingerprinting (will schedule if needed)
• Hold a valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a clean driving record
• Have a smart phone and email account
• Understand the importance of ethics and client confidentiality
• Applicants must be willing to complete all necessary requirements for employment
• Required: Pick up 5 shifts minimum a month
• Standard shift:
  • Day shift
  • Night shift
  • Weekend shift
  • Overnight shift
