This is a great opportunity for someone ready to work at the intersection of design, construction, and innovation on high-profile public infrastructure projects.</p> <h5>Location</h5> <p>This position will report to our Franklin or Nashville office on a hybrid work schedule.</p> <h5>The Impact You'll Have</h5> <ul> <li>Provide technical and project coordination support during procurement, preconstruction, and delivery phases of alternative delivery projects</li> <li>Assist in the preparation of RFQ/RFP responses, including technical content, design narratives, ATCs, and execution strategies</li> <li>Coordinate with the Structural group and external teaming partners to develop design deliverables and ensure alignment with project goals and constraints</li> <li>Track project schedules, deliverables, and submittals while identifying and addressing risks and issues proactively</li> <li>Participate in meetings with owners, contractors, and stakeholders to provide technical insight and support</li> <li>Support the Structural group with project documentation, compliance, and quality control processes</li> </ul> <h5>What You'll Need&nbsp;</h5> <ul> <li>5+ years of structural engineering experience, ideally with exposure to alternative delivery methods</li> <li>Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering completed</li> <li>PE license in Tennessee required, or the ability to obtain within the first 3 months of employment</li> <li>Experience with tools like MicroStation Connect, Open
