Job Location: One Source Manufacturing Headquarters - Leander, TX 78641Principal Duties and Responsibilities*:
• Promote an atmosphere of teamwork within department, and across OSM.
• Work with team members and management to achieve 100% of department daily needs and priorities.
• Perform as the 1st level of conflict resolution, escalate as needed.
• Provide consistent, thorough, professional service to all departments.
• Assure best known methods for product verification and job completion are used in the department at all times.
• Development of processes, work instructions, preventative measures, etc. to improve overall operations.
• Assist team members in verification of inspection results, including products found to be discrepant. (double checks)
• Assure on time compliance to Training requirements for all team members.
• Provide guidance to team members in the use of software used for productivity and production tracking.
• Other QC tasks as determined.
Work Environment:
This job operates in a manufacturing shop environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copier/scanner, and filing cabinets. QC Supervisor will need to occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds. No travel is expected.

Qualifications
Knowledge/Skills:
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a Manufacturing Quality Control environment.
• Ability to understand the use of hand held measurement tools.
• Understanding of CMM Software, (PC DMIS, Modus) • Computer skills. (Excel, Word, Outlook, Inspection Xpert, Minitab)
• Communicate Proficiently.
• Attention to detail.
• Work well in a team environment.
Education/Experience:
• Minimum of High school diploma.
• Bachelor degree in a scientific discipline, ASQ certification, or equivalent experience required.
International Trade in Arms Regulations (ITAR):
• Must be either; US Citizen, lawful permanent resident of the US, or protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3).
