<p>The Associate HR Operations role is designed to provide comprehensive support across key HR functions, ensuring seamless execution of recruitment processes, employer branding initiatives, and onboarding experiences. The role also involves assisting with employment documentation, maintaining compliance with organizational standards, and preparing accurate HR reports. By contributing to these critical activities, the Associate HR Operations professional enhances employee engagement and supports the organization’s talent strategy. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude to ensure the smooth delivery of HR operations and contribute to an engaging employee experience.</p>
<p><strong>This position is a hybrid role based in Zielona Góra, Poland. It is expected for employees to be in the office two days a week.</strong></p>
<p>The Global People Team at Auctane is dedicated to serving the needs of the business and the team members who keep it running. As a team, we work across employee relations, talent acquisition, HR operations, talent management, health and welfare benefits, HRIS, compensation, worker’s compensation, performance management, learning and development, and project management. Though we’re a fast-moving team with a lot of responsibilities, we work together to ensure that every aspect of an employee’s experience is thoughtfully considered and weighed against the values of the organization.We support five offices located in Poland, Spain, UK, Australia, and the USA.</p>
<p><span>What will you be doing?<br/></span></p>
<ul>
<li>Recruitment Support:
<ul>
<li>Assist in coordinating and managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including posting job advertisements, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates </li>
<li>Screen resumes and applications to shortlist potential candidates Maintain recruitment databases and ensure accurate record-keeping</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Employer Branding:
<ul>
<li>Collaborate on initiatives to promote the company as an employer of choice </li>
<li>Support the creation and distribution of employer branding materials, including cooperation with marketing agency regarding social media content</li>
<li>Assist in organizing and participating in career fairs and recruitment events</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Onboarding:
<ul>
<li>Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including scheduling orientations and preparing onboarding materials </li>
<li>Ensure a smooth transition for new employees by addressing their initial queries and helping them settle into the organization </li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Employment Documentation:
<ul>
<li>Assist in drafting and processing employment contracts, offer letters, and other documentation </li>
<li>Maintain personnel records and ensure compliance with data protection and employment laws.</li>
<li>Support offboarding processes, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Reporting and Administration:
<ul>
<li>Prepare and maintain HR-related reports, such as recruitment metrics and onboarding statistics</li>
<li>Assist in updating HR policies and procedures as needed. </li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>General HR Support:
<ul>
<li>Collaborate with HR colleagues on cross-functional projects and initiatives Identify opportunities to streamline and improve HR processes</li>
</ul>

<p><span>What are we looking for?</span></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field</strong></li>
<li><strong>1-2 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or a related HR function</strong></li>
<li>Strong English verbal and written communication skills</li>
<li>Familiarity with HR practices and employment laws</li>
<li>Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and employer branding strategies.</li>
