Position Overview
POSITION SUMMARY: The Account Sales & Product Manager - OEM is responsible for print head and print component sales and sales growth in the specified territory. The successful candidate will be able to manage and develop existing accounts, as well as identify new leads and convert such leads into successful sales in the short, medium, and long term. In addition, the individual will be responsible for some assigned Product Management duties which would include product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and satisfaction goals are met. This position requires the ability to work with other department leads and product managers to refine and execute a product management strategy and protocol which can continue to grow with our fast-growing company.
Continuous customer interaction can be expected in order to identify new opportunities, help solve problems as well as promote Dimatix and understand – and improve - customer satisfaction.
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills are needed. A reasonable analytical mindset is important and the right candidate must be a disciplined self-starter that can act independently with minimum supervision. Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office) are required. The role will require ability to travel constantly. 50-75% travel time should be anticipated.

Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Introduce and sell Dimatix products to new and existing OEM accounts
- Plan and coordinate account activities (commercial and technical), including identification of customer related issues and drive towards resolution of such issues
- Participation in negotiations of customer contracts
- Sales forecasting
- Regular customer review meetings
- Ensure commercial success of the assigned product under management.
- Work with other product and marketing managers to develop comprehensive market and product strategy.
- Partner and interface with senior management in developing, implementing and driving business growth priorities and objectives for products assigned.
- Deliver MRDs and PRDs with prioritized features and justification.
- Handle special projects as assigned.
- Administration of order flow / liaison with customer procurement departments
