About the Role:
The Director of Strategy & Corporate Development will be responsible for driving the development and execution of the company's long-term strategic plan, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and partnerships that align with the company's goals and values.
You Will:
- Be a trusted partner for the Invoca executive team to define and implement the company's strategic plan
- Support program management of Invoca’s strategy & operations function, including the process by which Invoca determines & manages top-level organizational objectives
- Identify growth opportunities to support Invoca’s strategic plan, and own the development of initiatives to pursue them
- Lead the development and execution of corporate development initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and partnerships
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for the company as needed
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and investors
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive the execution of strategic initiatives
- Monitor and report on the progress of strategic initiatives to senior leadership
You Have:
- 7+ years of experience in strategy, corporate development, or a related field (with preference for enterprise SaaS environment)
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Demonstrated track record of strategic thinking and execution
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand and interpret complex data
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Strong project management skills and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment
