Your role in our team

 

In this role, you will:

  • Be at the forefront of tackling industry challenges by leveraging your bioprocess data analytics expertise
  • Engage with diverse range of professionals, process scientists, manufacturing heads, process development leaders
  • Understand their needs and challenges, and present tailored solutions using our software
  • Develop a deep understanding of our bioprocess software and its applications in pharmaceutical engineering
  • Have the opportunity to elevate your skills by engaging closely with our in-house data science and digital transformation experts
  • Collaborate with the product development team to stay updated on software features and improvements
  • Have regular meetings with our clients in pharmaceutical industry to discuss their challenges in data analytics and support them to save time by using our software more efficiently
  • Hold workshops on data analytics in biopharma (not mandatory)
  • Act as a technical consultant for our client base, addressing technical inquiries
  • Identify and establish new business opportunities, focusing on client development
  • Organize client on-site visits
  • Liaise with existing customers
  • Attend trade shows and exhibitions, conferences and meetings (not mandatory)

 

 

Your profile

 

Required Skills:

  • You possess a Master’s degree in biotechnology, bioprocess engineering, systems process engineering or pharmaceutical sciences
  • You should possess a minimum 3 years of experience and knowledge in bioprocess development, CMC process understanding, bioprocess validation, Manufacturing Science and Technology (MSAT) or manufacturing
  • You are passionate about data science and software, recognizing that data is the key to effectively advancing bioprocessing and achieving exceptional bioproduct quality
  • You are comfortable working in a fast growing and paced environment
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluency in English is a mandatory requirement
  • Ability to travel, potentially 10-20% of the time

 

Preferred Skills:

  • Previous experience in a technical sales or consulting role
  • You have experience with customer relation management systems (e.g. salesforce)
  • Proficiency in any additional language(s) is considered an advantage
  • Basic understanding of data analysis of pharmaceutical processes (e.g. statistical time series analysis, explorative data analysis, statistical analysis, mechanistic modeling of fermentation and chromatography steps)

We offer an attractive salary package in line with your qualification, experience and individual competencies. We are legally obliged to state that the minimum salary for this position refers to the applicable collective agreement, which is EUR 50.000,00 p.a. (based on full-time). Of course, we are willing to pay a market-rate salary depending on your qualifications and professional background.
