About the role;
The Director of Technical Services is responsible for leading our Professional Services (PS) and Technical Success Management (TSM) teams in defining and delivering a growing catalog of service offerings that will help delight our customers, minimize their time to value, and enable them to rapidly adopt Matillion solutions to support their business.  
This is a high-impact role that will involve close collaboration with other Matillion teams in identifying and creating new services as well as helping to define and execute the go-forward strategy.  This individual will oversee technical engagements delivered by the teams globally (acting as an escalation point where needed), manage KPIs, and build relationships in the field with key partners.
This is a key role in our Customer Success organization and the successful candidate will be based in the US, preferably in Denver, CO.

What you will be doing;

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop a prioritized suite of services, delivered by the PS and TSM teams
• Lead the development of internal and external deliverables to support services communication, sales and delivery
• Develop and manage KPI’s to evolve the services portfolio as required
• Lead and develop the PS & TSM team, ensuring PS & TSM requests are moved quickly from initiation to execution and closeout
• Foster strong relationships with our consulting partners and internal partner alliance teams
• Ensure co-delivery engagements are structured to help accelerate partner capabilities
• Provide feedback to the partner teams to guide the development of new training resources
• Collaborate on new services and promotional initiatives with sales, marketing, finance and product management departments
• Understand key  financial performance metrics and track the impact of service delivery 

What We're Looking For: Essential

• 5+ years of experience leading global consulting/technical delivery teams 
• 10+ years of customer-facing experience in enterprise software 
• Proven experience in leading the development and management of commercial packaged services
• Ability to work with customers across a variety of industries, including interfacing regularly with their senior leaders
• Services contract management experience
• Proven success working with SI consulting partners

Desirable

• Leadership experience in ETL, Cloud Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence or Analytics SaaS/SW technologies preferred
• Proficiency in the use of Professional Services automation tools and Salesforce

At Matillion, we are committed to providing competitive salaries in line with market standards. Our estimated compensation range for this position is $170,000 - $210,000 but the final salary will be based on your relevant skills, experience and qualifications demonstrated in the hiring process.
