We are currently seeking a Business Analyst - Intermediate to join our team in Ft. Knox, Kentucky (US-KY), United States (US).

In the role of a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technology solution thus ensuring the successful delivery of IT projects. You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirement. You will conduct thorough analysis of business processes, systems, and user needs to identify opportunities for improvement. As part of your duties you will work closely with different Agile Teams to design innovative and effective IT solutions that align with the clients business objectives. You will assist the test teams in developing and executing test plans to validate that the IT solution meets specified requirements. You will assist the Scrum Master in project planning and management activities, including resource allocation and risk management. Finally you will ensure that communication between the Agile Teams and stakeholder fosters a shared understanding of the project goals and requirements.

 

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum three years of experience in Business Analysis.
• Secret Clearance (interim or final) required prior to starting work.
• Associates Degree. 

 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a US Army working environment

 

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is [Min: $77,040 - Max: $160,500]. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
