Global Vaccines Data Services Product Lead (Hybrid - PA)

Job Description

The primary responsibility of the lead is to collaborate with business stakeholders, have in-depth expertise in Vaccine data to support business outcomes, support business data and analytics capabilities, envision and develop Insights-focused solutions and ensure high quality delivery of these solutions.

Additional responsibilities would include:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define data and analytics capabilities and capability roadmaps to address business needs.

• Continuously refine Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) by collaborating with business stakeholders.
  Develop deep understanding of Vaccine data used to support business outcomes – including in-house and external data.

• Provide product ownership responsibility for Vaccines Data and Analytics capabilities.

• Ensure all technical deliverables meet necessary standards and team is striving for innovative, high quality and cost-effective solutions for our Business.

• Support the implementation of refinements that will enable the team to continuously improve delivery.

• Responsible for ensuring quality and understanding of E2E solution for all Vaccines Data and analytics projects.

• Support and help define (in some cases) change management activities for the given product.

• Coordinate and support Data Science needs within this business area.

• Collaborate with Data and Analytics Architect and Leads to ensure solutions leverage existing architecture patterns and products.

• Support integrations for Vaccines Commercial forecast management along with End-to-End LROP process.

Minimum Education Requirement: 
Bachelor's Degree required.

Required Experience and Skills:

• Minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience, with demonstrated expertise in the Data and Analytics space.

• Experience with leading teams and eliciting requirements for complex systems.

• Deep understanding of data management best practices

• Ability to lead requirements sessions with clients and project teams.

• Strong leadership, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to articulate results and issues to internal and client teams.

Preferred Experience and Skills:

• Demonstrated experience in the Vaccines or related area.

• Strong technical understanding of tools and architecture

• High proficiency in Information Management, Data Analysis, and Reporting Requirement Elicitation

• Prior experience in a product centric model utilizing Agile methodologies.
