It helps users streamline product innovation processes, enhance product quality, reduce development costs, and maintain compliance with safety-critical standards. Codebeamer is a complete lifecycle management solution with all-in-one requirements, risk, and test management capabilities.<b><u>Key Responsibilities, in no particular order:</u></b><ul><li><b>Drive and support Implementation Services Attachment:</b> Supporting the assigned BSM on Pre-sales opportunities to support the ARR growth and long-term customer satisfaction through implementation excellence</li><li><b>Advisory Services:</b> Provide technical advisory services and mentorship for PTC partners</li><li><b>Support Field Readiness and Continuous Improvement: </b>Support PTC’s Internal segment processes<b>, </b>the Partner Hub and solicit feedback from the field for segment considerations,</li><li><b>Best Practice development and Scale:</b> Provide implementation subject matter expertise to Service Offer Management (SOM) to build offerings</li><li><b>Partner Support:</b> Develop documentation to support partners as they implement PTC ALM solutions</li><li><b>Cross functional Collaboration: </b>Provide segment specific subject matter expertise in cross functional initiatives</li><li><b>Community Practice Evangelism: </b>Share segment/industry specific expertise throughout the technical community of practice. DTAS and Service partners</li><li><b>Customer Escalation Support:</b> Act as an advisor on escalated accounts</li></ul><p></p><b><u>Day-To-Day:</u></b><ul><li>Develop &amp; present technical presentations and customized demonstrations of PTC Codebeamer to customers, prospects &amp; partners</li><li>Organize and support technical workshops based on customers’ and partners’ business needs</li><li>As a solution finder, consult on potential solutions and/or alternatives to key customer and partner challenges</li><li>Act as technical project manager for customer projects, working with our partners, solution centers &amp; R&amp;D</li><li>Analyse customers’ processes and PTC solution value to support the use of core product in line with best practice guidance</li><li>Create technical documentation, including guides, best practices, and reference materials, to empower customers to make the most of our products in a scalable and efficient way</li><li>Investigate and resolve technical issues, working closely with the customer and our engineering teams to find effective solutions</li><li>Contribute to the creation of reference architectures and frameworks that enable customers to scale and optimize their use of our software.</li></ul><b><u>Preferred Skills and Knowledge:</u></b><ul><li>Excellent relationship building capabilities, high-energy &amp; results-oriented with a customer first mentality</li><li>Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills</li><li>First class attention to detail, solution-finding</li><li>Excellent presentation skills</li><li>Excellent written &amp; verbal communication skills in English is <b>mandatory</b></li>
