HR Field Generalist
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Field Generalist to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting various Human Resources functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and compliance. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture, ensuring HR processes run smoothly, and improving employee relations and retention.
Reports To: Director of Financial Field Operations, Director of Strategic Growth and Development, and to Corporate Human Resources

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
- Administer day-to-day HR operations and provide support to employees and managers.
- Assist in recruiting efforts including posting job ads, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and actively pursuing potential candidates from outside sources.
- Manage and coordinate onboarding and offboarding procedures.
- Maintain employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support performance management and employee development initiatives.
- Handle employee relation issues and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate benefits enrollment and respond to employee inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations in all states work is performed in.
- Assist with HR reporting and analytics
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
- Assist with leadership development programs.
- Assist with development and completion of company policies and written documentation of those policies.
- Train office administrative staff across all regions in proper onboarding, outboarding, and Leave of Absence and FMLA processes,
- Assist with company succession planning.
- Assist with employment performance evaluations and processes.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge in HR principles, practices, and employment law.
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
- Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion to employee privacy.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Strong computer skills with basic office software and HR systems.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Human Resources.
Pre-Screen:
- Upon offer, employees may be required to pass a pre-employment drug screen, background, and/or MVR check.
License & Certifications:
- Valid Driver's License required.
