Pratt and Whitney Eagle Supply is the F100, F119, F135 component repair management for Pratt and Whitney Military Engines. Eagle Supply manages the maintenance, repair, and overhaul value stream to meet Pratt and Whitney Engine Program, Fleet Management and US Government Maintenance, repair, and overhaul contract requirements. Eagle Supply is seeking a F135 Component Repair Manager to support engine program activity in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
What You Will Do:
- Leads the F135 Engineering team for Eagle Supply in tactical execution of component repair implementation, collaborating with ASE, CSE, JPO, Component IPT, Logistics IPT, USAF.
- Manages the F135 team responsible for supplier technical support: Technical Data Interpretation, work scope development, Engineering exceptions (Merlin’s), JCL Focal and Primary Module owners.
- Lead Process Improvement opportunities using CORE and Lean Strategies to enhance quality, decrease process cycle time, and reduce operational costs.
- Collaborate with the operations, procurement, suppliers, and delivery assurance team to ensure alignment to meet customer demand.
- Define and implement plans to support employee objectives, staffing, training, performance metrics, including Quality, CORE, and cost reduction.
- Manages a team of engineers who are Module Owners in support engine hardware inspection and repair development reviews in conjunction with ASE, CIPT, LIPT.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering , Science, Technical or Mathematics) required with 8+ years of industry experience in Project Management, Operations, Supply Chain or Maintenance with prior leadership experience or 5+ Years with an advanced degree.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen. This position may require access to systems/tools that are restricted to individuals who possess US citizenship
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Master’s degree in aerospace or mechanical engineering.
- Minimum 5-8+ years of experience in a supervisory role.
- Knowledge / experience with quality systems and standards such as AS9100.
- Proficient in Material & Manufacturing processes and quality control principles.
- Ability to set objectives and guides others on execution/approach for achievement of operational results.
