Prisma Graphic is looking for a Data Processing Specialist to support our Direct Mail team in Austin, Texas on first shift. This role prepares and processes customer mailing lists so jobs can move smoothly into production. If you’re detail-oriented, comfortable with data, and enjoy problem-solving, this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Do

• Import, clean, and format customer data for Direct Mail projects
• Run CASS, NCOA, presort, and USPS compliance steps
• Create postal reports, tray/sack tags, and documentation
• Apply deduping, segmentation, and versioning rules based on job specs
• Review incoming lists for accuracy and communicate issues
• Work closely with Mailing, Prepress, and Production teams to keep jobs on track
• Maintain organized records and follow data-security guidelines

Qualifications

• Preferred: Hands-on experience with BCC Software (Mail Manager)
• 1–2 years of experience in Direct Mail, data processing, or a production environment
• Working knowledge of USPS Gateway & mailing guidelines 
• Strong Excel skills (sorting, filtering, text cleanup, lookups)
• Ability to analyze list layouts, spot errors, and resolve data issues
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to maintaining security of customer data (PII/HIPAA awareness a plus)
