We’re looking for a hands-on, results-driven Senior Manager, Manufacturing Engineering to lead and strengthen our core manufacturing processes. In this role, you’ll take ownership of process stability, scalability, and efficiency, while building and developing a strong engineering team that partners closely with Operations, Supply Chain, and Quality.

What you will do:

• Lead and build a high-performing team with clear responsibilities and succession planning.

• Drive a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.

• Provide engineering insights to support strategic business decisions.

• Drive standardization through SOPs, control plans, PFMEAs, and documentation best practices.

• Use data and monitoring tools (e.g., SPC, KPIs) to identify trends and proactively address variation.

• Champion Lean tools such as 5S, SMED, value stream mapping, and Kaizen events.

• Establish engineering governance systems to ensure audit readiness, traceability, and documentation control.

• Ensure alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements (ISO, FDA).

• Drive safety and environmental compliance through risk assessments, Zero Harm initiatives, and close partnership with EHS.

What you need:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, including 5+ years in a leadership role.

• Master’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (or related field).

• Proven background in sustaining operations, Lean manufacturing, and equipment/process troubleshooting.

• Hands-on experience with both legacy and modern manufacturing systems.

• Advanced knowledge of root cause analysis tools (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone), FMEA, TPM.

• Strong familiarity with ERP systems, MES platforms, and data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Minitab).

• Fluency in English and Polish (written and spoken).
