What You’ll Do
As a driver, you get critical electrical products from our warehouse to our customers. You’ll start each day by selecting your truck, which has been loaded by warehouse associates with material and packages. You’ll complete local deliveries, calling our customers when you arrive and helping them unload. As the face of our company, you build relationships with customers who count on you.
You will…
- Inspect your vehicle at the start and end of your route
- Transport and deliver products to customers
- During the course of deliveries, you will unload the truck (products like wire, pipe, conduit and boxes)
- Follow safety procedures and regulations
- Be friendly and courteous to customers
What You Bring
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license - Class B CDL
- Be at least 21 years old
- Ability to climb into and drive delivery vehicles
- Ability to lift packages that could weigh up to 50 pounds
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical
- Basic math skills (add and subtract numbers)
- Basic English communication skills
- Willingness to learn how to operate equipment (we provide training)
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without VISA sponsorship now or in the future
