Position: Supplier Quality Documentation

Location: Valencia, CA

Duration: 3 months with potential extension of an extra 3 months

Frequency: 40 hours per week

Compensation: #38.50

 

Responsibilities:

 

Main responsibilities:

• Manage and write Inspection reports and other related documents.
• Package FAI if needed

  

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years experience in aerospace
• Minimum of 3 years experience in Quality
• Experience with the manufacturing and inspection
• Strong knowled of AS9102
• General knowledge of Aerospace Quality Systems and International Standards
• Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Suite products.  A certain degree of creativity and flexibility is required.
• The ability to read blue prints, check dimensional properties of parts or raw material to ensure compliance to manufacturing drawings/blueprints and specifications including knowledge of GD&T.
• Familiar with standard concepts, practices and procedures with regards to inspection including proficiency in the use and interpretation of CMM, comparator, micrometers, thread gauges and calipers
