OFFICE LOCATIONS
Orange, CA or Long Beach, CA – Hybrid  

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: Oversees staffing activities within a designated region and partners with Operational management to implement timely, cost-effective initiatives aligned with regional and corporate objectives.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBLITIES MAY INCLUDE

  • Sources experienced and entry-level talent through networking, referrals, internet mining, competitor databases, pipeline strategies, and staffing technologies.
  • Manages regional recruiting budget and preferred supplier list; collaborates with the National Director to negotiate vendor contracts.
  • Screens, interviews, and tests applicants; maintains applicant data using electronic recruiting software.
  • Tracks staffing metrics and colleague retention; consults with regional leadership on turnover trends.
  • Trains and mentors hiring managers and Colleague Resource Generalists on recruiting software, system updates, and staffing techniques.
  • Supports training on behavioral interviewing and candidate assessment tools.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education & Licensing: 4 years of staffing experience required, including three as a direct recruiter in a high-volume, hard-to-source industry. Insurance recruiting and familiarity with recruiting software are preferred.

  • High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred. 
  • Professional certification as applicable to line of business preferred.
