Senior Sales & Operations Planning Specialist (Japan & Korea) - Copenhagen

Would you like the opportunity to work with a passionate team in an international organization? We are looking for a Sales & Operation Planning Specialist who will be based in Copenhagen but will support our markets and business in Japan & Korea.

 

This role will be responsible for coordinating customer complaints and product inquiries as well as various product updates and design tasks. You will be working closely with our dairies, Global Product Management and our sales colleagues in the Japanese/Korean markets, which will give you a regional perspective when supporting the markets.

 

How you will make an impact

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting customers in your market portfolio and for coordinating product-, claims- and dairy visit-related matters. To succeed in this role, you will establish a strong network across the organisation and act as the bridge between our dairies, product management and our customers.

 

More specifically, your tasks include:

• Claims coordination: Handling customer complaints regarding product and shipping by registering the complaint in our data base and ensure strong collaboration and communication with internal stakeholders in e.g. production, warehouse, transport or distribution to confirm the status of orders and resolve customer complaints.
• Product coordination: You will be taking lead on proactively collecting, using and communicating knowledge on products and packaging. This includes ensuring product information including specification, special requests, packaging information, shelf life testing. For this, you will collaborate with our Global Product Management, commercial and sales.

What will make you successful

We imagine that you have:

• A bachelor’s degree, preferably within Business Administration, Supply Chain, Marketing or equivalent.
• Ideally, you have 3-5 years of experience in Product Management or Supply Chain operations within FMCG. Alternatively a solid, all-round office experience working within product management or in a coordinator role.
• Preferably, you have experience working with Adobe Illustrator.
• You work in a structured and logical manner and enjoy creating order and detail where ever it is required.
• You are outgoing, proactive and a good communicator both written and verbally and must be proficient in written and spoken English and Danish.
• Finally, you have good IT skills.

As a person, you  are comfortable maneuvering in an international and multi-cultural setting where the social, cultural and working standards are quite different from what you are used to. This calls for personal integrity and a strong sense of occasion combined with the ability to interpret different cultures.
