What you'll do

• You will play a key role in helping global markets prepare for the new ecosystem by driving data and process harmonization initiatives
• Ensure alignment with global strategies while addressing unique local requirements by developing actionable, market-specific plans
• Using tools such as Celonis, Tableau, and SAP, you will be able to analyze data, identify opportunities for process optimization and implement improvements
• Leading cross-functional projects to improve efficiency and effectiveness as you work with supply chain, IT, and logistics teams
• You will monitor performance against KPIs and provide insightful reports to senior management and provide data-driven recommendations to support decision making

Who you are

• You possess a degree in business administration, supply chain management, operations management, data analytics, or a related field
• A passion for innovation, demonstrated by expertise in using tools such as Celonis, Tableau, and SAP to drive automation and process improvements, is essential to the success of this role
• Your ability to communicate complex issues clearly helps foster collaboration and understanding across diverse, global teams
• You have experience in leading global initiatives, in implementing process improvements, and in effectively managing change in a dynamic environment
• Fluency in English, additional language skills and willingness to travel internationally complete your profile
