We are seeking a professional like you to be responsible for backend processes and systems necessary for the efficient operation of customer service across the business units: APN/A, APN/ST, APM/N and APU. This position will focus on systems, accounts receivable, improvement projects, audits, corporate function coordination and training support. You will perform tasks with revenue generation, audits and within imbedded corporate function processes. Improvement projects, system maintenance and enhancements and training responsibilities will be more long term focused with the goal of making customer service processes as efficient and effective as possible.            

As a Customer Operations Analyst, You Create Chemistry By...

 

• Performing revenue generation activities to include A/R report que, short pays, M5’s, Trait Billing, non-trade billing, HP billing, and credit resolution.
• Being responsible for master data and SAP maintenance, set up and improvements to include Elemica, Seed Portal maintenance, and ADET.
• Leveraging your education in business, IS/IT, or supply chain and your previous experience in customer service, supply chain or a business unit position (preferably in the ag chem or seeds industry), you will lead and/or assist with improvement projects to improve customer service operational efficiency.  This can include supporting supply chain excellence or initiating other projects like RPA’s for billing order processing etc.
• Coordinating and performing corporate function responsibilities, such as ECMS and Audit.
• Demonstrating proficiency in needs assessment, process improvement, and coaching will aid you as you develop SOP’s and training materials for both customer service and customer operations.
• Working with a high level of technical expertise, with system understanding and interdependencies, you will support cross functional groups including, but not limited to, customer service, exports, finance and credit.
   

If you...

 

• Possess a Bachelors Degree and 8+ years' experience  -OR- Master Degree and 4+ years' of experience. Supply Chain degree preferred. Experience within the BASF AP division preferred.  
• Have computer proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of products (Excel/Word) and web-based applications.
• Have SAP experience, including all OTC modules, debits/credits and master data set up.
• Are able to juggle multiple PC applications at a time.
• Are experienced in interacting with customers in a helpful and friendly manner to understand their needs. Utilizing your excellent oral and written communication skills; strong problem-solving skills.
• Have team working skills as well as demonstrated time management and priority setting skills.
