• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and candidates for all our business areas, ensuring excellent candidate experience
• Assist in screening resumes and conducting initial candidate assessments
• Manage communication with candidates, providing updates and gathering necessary information
• Support the recruitment team in various administrative tasks
• Manage and analyze relevant data and prepare reporting deliverables
• Collaborate with team members to continuously improve recruitment processes

 

Your powerful skills

 

• Currently studying towards your bachelor’s or master’s degree or completing a post-university gap year 
• Previous experience or coursework in HR or recruiting is a plus
• High level of self-drive and ‘can do’ attitude as well as ability to work independently 
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Desire to continuously improve and challenge the status quo
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint & Excel)
