We’re looking for a Senior Sales Manager to join our team in Munich 

You will be responsible for the management and development of various product categories and implementation of business development strategies to capitalise on opportunities. 

There will be a requirement to travel to Europe/UK as and when required to meet with existing customers to  maintain and establish strong strategic partnerships.

• Sales strategy & planning 
• Relationship management 
• Operational excellence 
• Market expansion 

Experience we look for: 

• Experience working within a similar role 

• In-depth knowledge of the fresh produce industry 
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets within a high-pressure environment 
• Prior experience negotiating and closing contracts with national retailers 
• Strong rapport building skills 
• Demonstrable initiative-taking and innovative problem-solving abilities 
• Skilled negotiator with commercial and financial acumen 
• Fluent German speaker and fluent in English, any additional European languages would be beneficial
