Sr. Research Program Coordinator

We are seeking a Sr. Research Program Coordinator who will assist in the data management of the Immunization Agenda 2030 (IA2030) scorecard to visualize immunization data to support the monitoring & evaluation (M&E) framework for IA2030. This individual will also be responsible for the design of the data infrastructure for the scorecard.

Specific Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage data procurement, cleaning, and upload procedures for IA2030 Scorecard.
• Coordination of data procurement and oversight with partners including WHO, CDC, SP Working Groups.
• Developing program monitoring and evaluation framework and tools.
• Working with vendor to develop the appropriate graphics for each indicator, including with engineers ensuring the website is functioning (e.g., QA).
• Analysis of gray literature pertaining to IA2030, including the review and analysis of regional frameworks for M&E.
• Report writing for grants.

Special Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

• Detailed knowledge of global immunization strategies and monitoring and evaluation frameworks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, detail-oriented, and able to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Able to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment with a high degree of initiative and self-motivation.
• Knowledge and experience with digital health programs highly desired.
• Ability to coordinate and correspond between different partners and data experts.
• Track and organized to stay on top of deadlines and feedback from various sources.

• Bachelor's Degree in related discipline.
• Three years related experience.
• Additional education may substitute for required experience, to the extent permitted by the JHU equivalency formula.

• Strong proficiency and experience in data management of immunization program data from WHO and UNICEF.
• Experience in research program coordination and implementation.
