About the Job

• You will report to the Senior Manager of Planning and Allocation.

• Understand brand strategy from leadership to build long range financial plans at the category/class level

• Analyze in season cluster business and product performance to allow proper pre-season inventory investments

• Build and share a pre-season Category/Sub Class framework for the brand to achieve both financial and strategic goals

• Oversee range plan for specific category

• Partner with global merch, product development, and supply management along with cluster planning to implement important deliverables

• Identify margin and revenue opportunities and risk with the ability to scenario plan

About You

• Bachelor's Degree; Finance, Operations, Retail Management, or Business Management (or equivalent work experience)

• 3+ years of experience in retail merchandise planning, merchandising, demand forecasting; inventory management, allocation or replenishment; financial planning or consulting experience

• Communicate important financial measures, and how they are used in systems/tools

• Well versed in Microsoft Excel (can perform complex functions) and open to new systems

• Understand retail math, merchandising financials and profitability Goals
   

The expected starting salary range for this role is $90,000- $120,000 per year. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance and business needs.
