ROLE SUMMARY:

You will lead quality control tests and analysis of outcomes in a software development process to ensure technology solutions meet or exceed business and customer needs.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

  • Defining and implementing E2E Test strategy with clear Entry and Exit criteria for each test programmes that aligns with our Agile principles and processes.

  • Leading a wide range of quality control planning and execution activities in alignment with the organisation's standards and strategy to ensure that software meets or exceeds specified business and customer needs.

  • Leading contributor for quality based technical solutions within an agile team.

  • Developing testing programmes throughout the entire technologies’ lifecycles that address areas such as functionality, compatibility, reliability and usability.

  • Gathering requirements by evaluating the product requirement specifications (functional / non-functional) and raise clarifications with product owners, business analysts and customers.

  • Developing, implementing maintaining test scripts/cases autonomously– manual, automation, performance, and supporting analysis.

  • Leading the ongoing maintenance of customer technologies, resolving issues and advancing where necessary.

  • Recommending and supports the implementation of improvements to quality control frameworks, processes and standard mythologies.

  • Building positive relationships with team and colleagues, collaborating closely with the team.

  • Leading contributor for quality based technical solutions within an agile team

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

  • 10+ years as Test Manager / Quality engineer working on one or more software products.

  • Experienced in E2E Test Management, Defect Management and QA Triage

  • Experienced in defining Test strategy and plans for large platform migration i.e. Cloud infrastructure

  • This is a hands-on managerial role requiring both technical expertise and people/project execution skills.

  • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent experience.

  • Exhibits good experience in the software development process and one programming language, preferably in multi-tiered applications.

  • Karate, Playwright, Selenium, Postman or equivalent.

  • Proficiency in performance test execution using tools like JMeter, Gatling
