Role Description

This is a full-time Software Engineering role. The current team is in San Francisco, and this role is in person at Kalos HQ.

You will take on a critical role developing significant parts of our core solutions. You will build new features 0 ->1 and iterate across our product based on customer feedback. You will work closely with our team to design and build scalable systems that collect, analyze, and utilize data to drive personalization. You'll have an important voice in our technical stack, direction, and vision.

Qualifications

• 4-10 years experience in full-time software development role and ability to work full-stack

• Experience using LLMs in production and interest in staying at the cutting edge of AI

• Experience in designing and building scalable systems. Knowledge of modern software engineering practices and frameworks

• Love to move fast, to learn, and to always-be-improving
