Residing in the Customer Finance Organization, the Technical Sales Support Professional role is responsible for the creation and maintenance of materials and pricing readiness for Imaging Equipment and Services.

This is an office-based position in our Cary, North Carolina facility.

Your Role:      

• Ensure accurate and timely implementation of Imaging and Service materials and pricing.

• Establish a partnership with Equipment and Service Marketing Product Managers, Sales, Field Organizations, and global colleagues.

• Support Service Sales, Quote to Booking and Life-Cycle Organization improvements.

• Engage with the business colleagues to proactively manage the implementation and rollout of equipment and services.

• Utilize Quality Framework by actively participating in Root Cause Analysis to drive process changes.

• Participate in roll-out, training and communication of process improvements and projects.

• Write detailed business requirements documents.

• Ability to evaluate and support implementation of new tools.

• Self-motivated, highly collaborative, creative, goal and growth oriented, and team centric.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skill.

• Collaborate across departments to identify and implement changes in process gaps.

Required Knowledge/Skills and Experience:

• Preferred Education: BS/BA in business or related fields preferred.

• Experience with digitalization, business process improvement, or similar functions.

• Demonstrated analytical skills, with ability to apply problem solving techniques, creativity, and critical thinking to drive continuous improvement.

• Ability to evaluate and support implementation of new tools.

• Adaptable to change and work well within a team environment.

• Proficient with MS Office tools (Excel required; power apps preferred).

• Strong interpersonal skills.

• Demonstrated ownership and accountability.
